Herbaceous Border - room divider Gookbo Lacquer Ware seeks to harmonize the traditional with the contemporary.
A striking new room divider that adds a quirky feature element to domestic or work environments, inspired by the closely arranged flowering plants of the English herbaceous border that create a dramatic effect through colour, shape and scale. Botanical forms have been reinterpreted at an exaggerated scale in a highly stylised illustrative cartoon-like way, to create a unique design that is full of energy and character and makes an impact in any space. Created from powder coated bent steel rod with a painted or solid wood base. Available in a wide range of colours from subtle to statement.
Susan Bradley creates original and innovative interior and exterior designs with a distinctive graphic quality. Her work encompasses furniture, interior and exterior products and lighting, which are made in small batches or to commission. Her designs have won international acclaim, being exhibited internationally by the British Council, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen Rotterdam, FirstHand Tokyo, La Triennale Di Milano Design Museum, and the German Design Council. In addition to her own design collections Susan provides a consultancy and commissioning service for both private and commercial clients both in the UK and around the world. Her studio is committed to excellence in design, innovation and quality and to promoting and using British manufacturers to reduce 'design miles'.

DETAIL
![]()
This unique laser-sintered light design bears the unmistakable pattern of a fingerprint. The print was stretched around a sphere, its unique swirls becoming channels through which light shines. A single 24cmØ Detail pendant is available in a Limited Edition series of 30 pieces only - but this triplet version, featuring three mini Detail pendants, makes for a much more affordable lighting solution, uniquely beautiful and perfect for use in single or multiple triplets above dining areas, breakfast bars, desks or side boards.
MERCURIO
![]()
Two 70cm high, half pod-shaped transparent crystalline resin blocks enclave Mercurio's luminous source: an aluminium frame housing 5W and 2W halogen bulbs. Their light is gently filtered by the internal glaze effect of the blocks, the external finish of which can be either satin or glossy. A single Mercurio is a serenely beautiful and incredible enough object, but composed in clusters this light creates the most stunning of displays.
VIDER

This very handsome and highly practical room screen uses hard and soft materials to build its flexible structure and attain stability at the same time. Strips of polished and satin anodised aluminium combine with rubber and silicone strips in several colour combinations to create a neutral but strong composition. A standard sized Vider measures 180cm x 220cm, weighs 25 kg and can be rolled up into a 25cmØ pillar for easy transport. Bespoke sizes up to 10m width can be produced to commission.
AETOS
![]()
Distinguished by its striking, minimalist lines and master craftsmanship, this award-winning three-legged armchair was designed and produced according to sustainable development principles, using alternatives to traditional timbers. Aetos, the Greek word for eagle, is an environmentally-friendly piece made of multi-laminar plantation wood which reproduces the decorative effect of oak. The chair is based on an innovative technique of moulding 3D oak veneer in which the three-dimensionality of its shell provides a friendly, flowing and delicate sculptural form. Aetos beautifully combines product functionality with aesthetic pleasure, innovation and meticulous hand-finished manufacture. Exceptionally elegant, highly individual and a true tribute to nature. Aetos was recognised with the 2006 Good Design Award by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design
